Food was very delicious! The delivery was very accurate I got it in 45minutes I ordered for the first time and was very much satisfied with the service.The chicken tasted delicious and well cooked the main thing I liked is I got my food as per my instruction regarding the spice level it was accurate. I got some dessert in the package which was delicious delivery agent mentioned it was complimentary that was really a good idea by the management it tasted good. I liked these Indian food am going to visit this place and try few more dishes. Send my compliments to the chef who the food. I appreciate your efforts.

Yeterday i ordered tandoori chicken and biriyani over here. Being in jersey city for 6 months, i have never tasted such a delicious tandoori chicken like this. I was tired of eating foods in Indian streets and so i thought of trying some new restuarant and the outcome from here was really surprising. I would recommend my friends to order food from here and definitely i would come one day for dine in. Oh !! I forgot to mention the paneer biriyani , that panner in the biriyani was so crispy. i could feel the crispiness in my mouth. Please remain the same, so that I will order more food from here.

This place is GREAT. How did I not know they existed? Was scared to order fearing overly greasy, stomach churning food. I needn't have worried.
1. They made it all spicy the way I requested. Home-style, water pouring out of your nose spicy.
2. The portions are nicely sized. They don't skimp on giving you sauce and things as asked. A place that doesn't skimp on sauce! An Indian's dream.....
3. Everything was fantastic. I cannot say what I liked best but the chicken dum biryani was like home and the goat rogan josh was wonderful.
4. Dat naan tho.

If I could give this place 6 stars I would. The garlic naans were huge and super delicious. If I compared to other take-away places I would have to buy 3xnaans to get the same amount They could easily be shared by 2+ people. The delivery time was 30 minutes only. Even though the estimate was 60-70 minutes. The Butter chicken was filled to the brim. It had proper chicken pieces in it not the dry square chicken pieces you get from some places. The chicken here was delicious and tasty!

Fastest delivery i ever recieved(32 mins to be precise). Ordered Chilli Mushroom Biryani, Paneer Tikka Masala, Gobi Manchurian(A must order). The food was amazing!! Gobi manchurian was still crispy and perfect taste. The entree was also very tasty with more than enough paneer pieces. My personal favourite was the biryani the best i had so far. Would definitely recommend the restaurant. I am definitely ordering again.

I read the mixed reviews and was throughly overjoyed by the whole experience. The food arrived within the allotted time and came hot! Its such a great pity other companies do not value this small delivery request of food arriving hot.

I had two appetisers and two mains and Ive always been spoilt if Indian due to where I lived in London and this food was exceptional. The curried eggs where absolutely delightful and the goat curry was second to none with little or no bones in it.

If I was to complain it would simply be there wasnt enough so Ill remedy that by ordering again. Im really hopeful that for my next delivery it will be as good as the last.

So it's the second time in three days I'm ordering from Chef of India. I don't even know where this place is located, but it arrives at my house extremely quickly (30-ish minutes both times I've ordered, which was well under the quoted delivery time). Tried the butter chicken this time. It's awesome. What I noticed this time that I didn't a couple days ago is how fluffy their rice is. It has this very "airy" taste to it that makes it great on its own, and an excellent compliment to the chicken. I tried drizzling some of the sauce from the chicken on top of it - awesome stuff.

Frankly I ordered from here as its one of the limited outlets delivering biryanis & Dosas

Ordered less spicy version of biryani.
Found it to be much better as compared to other neighbourhood restaurants. The rice was perfectly cooked, flavours were very well balanced. I did add a touch of ghee myself to get a sense of the yummy Paradise (hyd) version . It was pretty good.
Dosa was good but as is with all dosa deliveries, it gets soggy
Idlis were fresh & kids enjoyed them.

Delivery was on time. Will definitely order again

They delivered my food faster than the estimated time in seamless.I ordered butter chicken, garlic bread, samosa and chicken biryani. The butter chicken is flavourful and Americanised and garlic bread is in huge size and well cooked . I receive samosa with 3 different kinds of delicious sauces. The biryani taste spicy but some how my wife manage with yogurt sauce. And also we receive small cup of complementary orange color sweet which we don't now the name. This is one of the best Indian food in jersey that I had in last few years.

Ive been to all of the Little India restaurants in JC, and even a few downtown, but none compare to Chef of India. I come here a few times a month. The prices are fair and the portions are just right. Today my food was pretty good. My Channa Masala is way too salty but my Gobi Manchurian was better than ever. I usually get the Palak Paneer with naan or Samosa Chaat + Dal Fry. You live and learn. Regardless its difficult to go wrong here.
